investment: acquisition, purchase processes, and due diligence, selection of banks, as well as the creation and implementation of asset management and project development concepts.<\/p>\n<p>Our perspective is always directed towards all aspects of the value chain, including the exit strategy.<\/p>\n<p>In doing so, we draw upon experiences from many successfully realized real estate investments throughout Germany and leverage a broad network and existing partnerships with investors and service providers.<\/p>\n<p>If deemed appropriate, we also invest jointly with our
